Gluten-Free Rice with Shrimp and Peas

Ingredients

2 c
Rice (Any kind is fine.)
2 lb
Shrimp (Peeled, Deveined)
1 lb
Peas (Frozen)
1 clv
Garlic (Chopped)
1  
Onion (Small-Medium, Chopped)
1⁄4 c
Olive Oil

Instructions

Cook steamed rice according to package directions.

Heat olive oil in skillet, on medium heat.
Add peas.

Cook until tender, about 10-15 min.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Remove from heat.

Place peas in a bowl.

In a separate skillet, add more olive oil to heat.

Add shrimp. Cook until peachy color, only a few min.
Once cooked, remove from heat.

Sauté garlic, onion, peas, shrimp, and rice together for about 3 min.
